Arjun Erigaisi of India triumphed as the winner of the Stepan Avagyan Memorial 17th-category RR tournament. 

He secured the sole victory as the tournament came to a close.

Attendees at the closing ceremony included  Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Karen Giloyan, First Deputy Head of Jermuk Community Vardan Sargsyan, tournament organizer Smbat Lputyan, and members of the Avagyan family.
